  • Fees paid for online or offline spiritual workshops and courses are non-refundable. Once registration is completed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances where the workshop or course is canceled by My Soul My Destiny, participants will be provided with the option to transfer the fee to another program or receive a refund in same.
  • Customers may submit a cancellation request for a selected service within 2 to 3 days of payment/ confirmation. Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for cancellation. Please ensure timely submission to process your request efficiently.

 

1.2 Digital Products

 

  • Digital products, including e-books, videos, and other downloadable content, are non-refundable after purchase. Please review the product details carefully before completing your purchase.

 

1.3 Personalized Services

 

  • Fees for personalized spiritual guidance, rituals, or consultations are non-refundable, as these services are tailored to your specific needs and cannot be resold or reused.

  • Registration for workshops or courses cannot be canceled once payment has been made. Please ensure you are committed to attending before registering.

  • Orders for physical products can only be canceled if the cancellation request is made before the product is dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction due to subjective reasons, such as differences in expectations or personal preferences.

 

  • It is the participant’s responsibility to attend the workshops, sessions, or courses for which they have registered. Refunds will not be issued for missed attendance.

 

  • Products that are damaged during transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with photographic or video evidence, to be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the policy criteria are not met.

  • No refunds are available once the workshop or course has begun/completed.
